Pool
At the INTEREST VITALHOTEL a spacious indoor pool of 6 x 12 meters with a pleasant water temperature is waiting for you to swim your lanes here … Our indoor pool is available from 7.30 a.m. to 9 p.m. How about water aerobics? The course starts at 9 a.m. from Monday to Friday. In the entrance area of the indoor pool there are several showers available for you as well as two infrared cabins.
Fitness & Gymnastics
In our approx. 40 m² fitness room there is an elliptical machine, an ergometer, a treadmill and dumbbells in all possible variants. Right next door you find the gymnastics room (approx 60 m²), where on weekdays a ‘back’ school takes place, among other gymnastics courses. The wall bars are also here as well as digital scales, so guests who want to lose weight can keep an eye on their success.
Sauna – 90°C Finnish Sauna & 70°C Bio Sauna
The sauna has long since started its triumphal march from the north to our latitude. Sweating properly creates an invigorated mood and strengthens the immune system. You feel like a bear and then sleep like a baby. Our saunas are available every day from 3:30p.m. to 8:30 p.m. And if the weather requires it and the guests want it, you can go to the sauna earlier. For the breaks between your sauna sessions, you can choose either the relaxation room or an open-air courtyard.

With innovative approaches to infrared technology, the Physiotherm principle results in a particularly gentle, efficient and safe application of heat. The two most important components are the patented ceramic emitter filled with lava sand and the low-temperature infrared technology.
